Crawfish Crawl 5K & Downtown Festival

Join us for one of Brandon’s most anticipated spring events, the Crawfish Crawl 5K, returning to Downtown Brandon on Saturday, April 18, 2026. This family-friendly morning kicks off with a scenic 5K (walk, run, jog, stroll) through the downtown commercial and residential district, followed by a lively post-race festival filled with music, food, and fun.

The 5K race begins at 8:00 AM, with the Kids Fun Run starting at 9:00 AM, making it a great event for runners of all ages and experience levels. After crossing the finish line, participants and spectators are invited to stick around and enjoy the Post-Race Festival from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The festival will feature live music from the Patrick Harkins Band, with Chad Perry keeping the energy high at the finish line and Logan Hogue performing inside Mudbugs along the race route. Downtown businesses will be buzzing, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for the entire community.

Following the race, the party continues with the Crawfish Crawl Post-Race Fundraiser, featuring tickets for 2 pounds of crawfish with corn, potatoes, and access to the drink plate, all benefiting Brandon Main Street. Ticket holders can enjoy live music, crawfish races, cold beverages, and a lively downtown atmosphere while gathering with friends and family.
