DESCRIPTION:Brandonplatz returns for its 4th year in 2026\, bringing Oktoberfest traditions and a full-scale community celebration back to Downtown Brandon. Hosted by Brandon Main Street in partnership with the City of Brandon Fall Festival\, this family-friendly event blends Bavarian flair with hometown fun for all ages. \nTicket holders can enjoy beer tastings inside participating downtown restaurants\, featuring seasonal and Oktoberfest-style brews poured throughout the district. The celebration also includes multiple community biergarten areas\, live music\, classic German games\, trivia\, bingo\, wood-carving demonstrations\, and the always-popular stein hoisting competition. \nBeyond the tastings\, guests are invited to stroll downtown with a full-size pour from their favorite restaurant\, sample German-inspired appetizers\, and soak in the festive atmosphere as Downtown Brandon transforms into a lively fall destination. \nBrandonplatz is designed for the whole family. A free Kids Zone will feature inflatables\, fall games\, and a pumpkin decorating contest. Decorated pumpkins will remain on display throughout downtown following the event\, adding a festive autumn touch and extending the celebration beyond the festival day. \nNon-beer drinkers are welcome\, too. Guests may purchase a souvenir color-changing stein and enjoy complimentary tea and water refills or use it as a to-go cup for beverage purchases from participating restaurants. \nThe City of Brandon’s go-cup ordinance will be activated during the event\, allowing beverages to be enjoyed outdoors throughout downtown (state law applies when entering establishments). \nBrandonplatz has become one of Brandon’s most anticipated fall traditions—celebrating community\, local businesses\, and a shared love of good food\, good drinks\, and great company. \nChildren are free and do not require a ticket.\nTickets are limited.
